The Franklin Residence was a spec house in collaboration with Omni Builder Group. Their goal was to create a unique modern home with quality interior finishes that would pique interest in the market. The project sold at 1.55 million which equates to $362/sqft. In comparison to the other homes that sold in the surrounding area at the same time, the Franklin Residence outperformed the market in price per square foot. The real estate agent, Janice McNamara, credits the quality aesthetics, features, and uniqueness of the home for the successful sale. She continued by saying: “You all did an amazing job with the plan and concept for this property.”
